昨日は久しぶりにジョギングと筋トレをしたので心地よい筋肉痛の朝。
田んぼがキラキラしててきれいでした。
そのあとスーパーで買い物をしていたら見たことのない野菜？山菜？を見かけました。
「うるい」だそうです。
